Hydro–Cleaning & High Velocity Water Jetting/Blasting

One of our areas of expertise is high velocity water jetting/blasting. We have jetters ranging in pressures from 2000 to 10,000 psi. This equipment can provide a wide range of services from pipeline cleaning to equipment and structure wash down.

McElroy provides a complete line of water blasting nozzles that will remove stubborn scale and deposits. The broad range of applications include the cleaning of interior and exterior surfaces, process equipment, heat exchangers, process vessels, floor gates, deck plates and drains.

Industrial Vacuum & Pumping Service

McElroy's fleet of equipment includes modern DOT approved Keith Huber vehicles. These trucks are capable of moving both wet and dry product and are equipped with high velocity jetting equipment for pipeline cleaning.

McElroy's Industrial Vacuum Services specializes in the cleanup, profiling, and disposal of non-hazardous waste streams. Our trucks can remove dirt, sludge, liquid, and various chemical makeup materials from pits or other holding vessels. These units and personnel provide assistance with both clean-up, transfer, or transport of product to disposal facilities.

They can also be used in combination with high-powered jetter equipment to clear large diameter pipes clogged with soft debris like sand or dirt. The Jetter breaks up the debris while the vacuum sucks it up into the large holding tank leaving a clean pipe without washing the debris further down the line.

Multi Adjoining Utility Location Services

A major problem in any excavation or utilities mapping event is the disturbance of adjoining utilities. McElroy has multi frequency receivers which use direct hookup for energizing the lines. We also can use frequency induction from ground transmitter units when a pipe connection is unavailable. This allows us to locate all known and unknown utilities in the general area where excavation or mapping must occur.

When combined with Hydro-Excavation, we can provide physical inspection or day lighting of the utilities discovered.

Tank Cleaning

McElroy can manage every aspect of your tank cleaning project. We will oversee the cleaning, product recovery, transportation, treatment and disposal of tank waste. Our experienced crews, equipment and facilities are on hand to reduce your wastes and accompanying disposal costs.

Waste Management Services

CCTV Inspections

Video Inspection is a "no-dig" technology and one of the most versatile services McElroy offers. By sending a video camera through a pipeline we are able to inspect the system, view failures, and specifically locate the problem for pinpoint excavation and repair if needed.

Hydro-Excavation

McElroy can perform safe, non-destructive digging for contractors, municipalities, utility companies and industrial facilities. Our vacuum excavation method uses pressurized water and a powerful vacuum to remove soil from any type of ground condition. Our hydro-excavation system virtually eliminates the risk of damaging existing underground infrastructures such as expensive fiber optic cables, electric cables, water pipes, sanitary pipes and dangerous gas lines. Hydro-Excavation is a very versatile tool. Some of the uses include pipeline crossings, concrete piers, day lighting or potholing, culvert cleaning, footers and foundations, sewer and water taps and shoring installations, and utility and light pole installations.

Pipe Bursting

McElroy chooses Pipe-Bursting as a form of Trenchless pipeline replacement. This method allows the customer to replace size for size or to upsize, up to two (2) sizes, an existing pipeline system with minimal surface disruption.
