This allows us to make a visual observation of existing underground utilities so that they can be avoided when excavating. Hydrovac Excavation enhances the operation of equipment such as augers, excavators, horizontal directional drilling rigs, etc. Conventional methods of digging holes require shovels, bobcats, backhoes and bulldozers. How many times has unexpected underground utilities or private lines caused delays during the construction phase of a project? To help prevent change orders, underground utility damage, surprise main sizes and owner/customer shut downs, call McElroy Mechanical and Environmental Services to help locate those utilities. McElroy’s hydro-excavation system virtually eliminates the risk of damaging existing underground infrastructures such as expensive fiber optic cables, electric cables, water pipes, sanitary pipes and dangerous gas lines.
